Q?Do we visit your home?
A.

Yes, we are available to visit your home to give you an overview of suitable designs
and spatial solutions. We also provide advice on how your own ideas could be realised.

Q?Is a full and inclusive quotation provided?
A.

Yes, once you are satisfied with the design and chosen materials a
detailed quotation for your approval will be provided, this will be fully inclusive.

Q?Can we change the design once the quotation has been provided?
A.

Yes, you can even change the materials, however, please note that any works undertaken so far
would stop while a new quotation will be supplied for your approval prior to works starting again.

Q?How long does the process take once we have approved the design?
A.

Once you have approved the design and subsequent quotation a shop drawing will be produced for your final approval.
This can take anywhere from 2-3 days to up to 3 weeks depending on the scope of works.
Installation naturally depends on the amount of works to be installed.

Q?Are old fittings such as an old robe removed?
A.

Yes, removal and take away any old fittings will be included in the quotation.

Q?Will SpaceDesign see the works through to final installation?
A.

Yes, we will be supporting you from finalised design through to hand over.

Q?What happens if something needs adjusting after a time?
A.

Our trades people will attend your home should adjustments be required at
no cost subject to wear and tear.

Q?Do we paint and plaster?
A.

We do not paint or plaster, however, we do have a team of qualified trades people
including plumbers and electricians that we can recommend.
